The working principle of a dual axis rotary rewinder is usually as follows:

Coil loading device: used to place the original drum material on a dual axis rotary rewinder, ready to start the rewinding process.

Tension control device: Adjust the tension of the coil material to ensure uniform stretching during the rewinding process and avoid uneven tension.

Double rewinding shaft: The double axis rotary rewinding machine has two rewinding shafts, one of which is working to rewind the original drum material into a smaller drum. At the same time, the other rewinder is in standby mode for quick switching.

Cutting device: An optional component used to cut materials as needed during the rewinding process, ensuring that the length of the rewinding drum meets the requirements.

Automatic discharge: After the rewinding is completed, the dual axis rotary rewinder can automatically discharge or send out the rewinded materials for subsequent processing.
